“For older folks traveling from other places carrying heavy luggage, not being able to hold luggage in the room upon early arrival is a pain. Also, if not from Europe cells phones and internet don't work well so not being able to contact proprietors can be a problem. If you are able to contact them there's always an excuse as to why the response was late. A younger person would likely appreciate the flat more.
