Es un excelente lugar para vacacionar , sus instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable en todo momento, las albercas limpias así como el mobiliario , me encantó que tiene exceso a la playa, solo como retroalimentación la espera para la preparación de alimentos en el restaurante es muy lenta, ojalá pudieran agilizar el.procrso , los precios muy razonables y super rico , el estacionamiento muy amplio, gracias por todas sus atenciones

Me encantaria que hubiera alguna tieneda de souvenirs propia del hotel, donde vendan trajes de baño, inflables, etc. Más luminadia en la zona de la alberca principal. Colocar un poco mas de escalones alrededor de la alberca para bajar, ya que la superficie puede llegar a ser algo resbaloza.

La habitación está increíble. Si acaso puedo sugerir que se revise el cambio para el agua de la tina a la regadera, ya que para la tina el agua sale muy caliente así sea de gota a gota. Por otro lado, supongo que por falta de personal en el restaurante la comida tarda un poco en llegar pero de ahí en fuera todo super bien. La comida es deliciosa, el lugar está increíble, realmente para descansar y tener una estancia relajante es muy recomendable. El spa también tiene lo suyo, las masajistas hacen un trabajo excelente.
