“The bath tub shower had a step before accessing it in addition to having to avoid the side of the bathtub itself. Not enough floor towels provided for ensuring one could be placed on the step before the bathtub and another on the ground for minimising risk of slip in particular when coming off the shower obviously with wet feet.”

“Aroha (hostess) was so kind. I figure we were the last check-in of the day and she was waiting for us at the counter. She was so kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. Aroha had even turned the heat pump heater on so the room was warm when we checked in (bear in mind we went in July so it was winter). The apartment's amenities (kitchen, laundry, dishwasher) were in excellent working order. Mt. Maunganui was within a stone's throw (but the trails were closed to...
