We had three night here and while the room was clean, comfortable and spacious it was very dated. The whole hotel felt a little old. For the nightly price they are charging I would have expected something a little more modern. Having said that the included breakfast is great and the location is very continent to walk to plenty of cafes and restaurants.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Incredible Stay! I stayed here with my two little kids and we had such a great time! The staff were absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Travelling solo with young kids can be tough, but they went out of their way to make things easy and comfortable for us. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. A special shoutout to the breakfast and restaurant team — the food was delicious and the staff were incredible with the kids. It really made a big difference to our mornings! We’ll 100% be staying here again.

This is the perfect location! Rooms were clean and spacious in the suite. I loved the shower and water pressure in the room. Breakfast was okay… but convenient as we left early in the morning. I would stay here again. The location is PERFECT

Andy, not sure if the owner or manager or both but is a great host. The place is right on the ocean with great views and a nice restaurant next door where we had dinner. Very hospitable and helped us out with changing travel plans.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. And the view out the window was quite nice. The hotel building is quite dated, feels like going back in time. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy and they let us leave our car an extra night while we went on a Milford Sound overnight cruise. Close to shops, food and lake. Hotel breakfast was pretty good but finishes at 9am.
