This was a perfect location near downtown Tibilisi. Walkable area with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! Meticulously decorated with very welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best I’ve had!

This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was young and very courteous. Service was good, our room was cleaned daily, the elevator worked well and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. Overall awesome stay at Makmani. We will be back for sure!

Very well located, the heart of the City is only a few minutes away. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The Makmani had a boutique feel that means it stands out from the more established, but sometimes very “samey”hotel brands.

4泊のつもりでしたが、延泊して6泊滞在しました！ ・受付の皆さんはとても親切で、好意的に接してくれました。一日の最初と最後に彼女たちに会えてとても安心しました。 ・部屋（ファミリールーム）は清掃が行き届き、適切な広さで、設備も十分、居心地がとても良かったです。 ・ロビーや共用スペースは、アンティークの雰囲気がありながらもモダンで清潔でした。 ・エレベーターも快適でした。 ・朝ごはんはシンプルながらも、毎日に少しずつ違い、飽きなかったです。1日だけパックをお願いし、快く用意してくれました。 ・小さなルーフトップがあり、朝や夕方に景色を見に行きました。 またトビリシ再訪の際には、絶対に泊まりたいです！！！ We initially planned to stay 4 nights, but it was so nice that we extended 2 more nights! -The receptionist ladies are friendly and helpful. We were so happy to see them at the beginning and the end of the day. -The family room is so cozy and comfortable. Well cleaned, enough wide, well equiped. -The robby and share spaces are antique styled but modern system, and well cleaned. -The elevator is also nice. -The breakfast was simple menu but full of lineup. It was slightly different each day so we never got bored. When we once orderd lunch box, they friendly made it. -There is a small rooftop area. We sometimed went to there to see nice view. We definitely stay this hotel when we visit Tbilisi again!!!

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They will ensure that all of your needs are met. The breakfast has so many options and is always delicious. The restaurant on the property is also very nice and if you don’t like the food from there, there are many many restaurants in walking distance.

5月2日in、5月4日out、日本人のSHOTAです。 この度は私の勘違いにより、とある女性スタッフに嫌な思いをさせてしまいました。本当に申し訳ありませんでした。 テレビ、バスルームの扉の修理をお願いしたらすぐ直してくれました。スタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしいホテルです。部屋も綺麗なのですし、近くにレストラン等たくさんあるので立派も良いです。 またジョージアに来る際は泊まりたいなと思います。
