“The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. ”

However, the people above us made noise until 1 am and began against 5:45, with the front desk doing nothing but calling them . We spoke with the desk several times and left our phone number for a call from manager when we left. We have heard nothing”

“ I came to Morristown, TN and stay between mid January through mid February to help my niece settled in for college. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. Location is perfect, near college campus, mall, bank, restaurants. Customer service: From the manager to the people who clean the rooms, all were very nice and helpful.
