“Spacious clean modern room (room 19) overlooking the estuary. Short walk to pub for breakfast/food. Beautifully appointed with amenities, hairdryer, heaters, coolers, tea coffee biscuits etc. Easy access to great walks, shops at Bideford etc”

“The stay was incredibly relaxing and the room amazing. Sadly our safe remained broken the entire time. Shelby and Brendan were superb teachers for archery and axe throwing- we had so much fun! Highly recommend a visit”

“Me gusto la casa y las dimensiones. Por otro lado, los utensilios de la casa, referido a la cocina, eran deficientes. Una casa preparada para 6, aunque eramos 4, y no habia mas que 5 vasos ( y todos de distinto tamaño), un juego de cubiertos, faltaba una paella de tamaño grande...lo de sólo poder estar una hora en la piscina tambien mejorable.”

“Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. “Good food, nice quiet hotel”

“What a lovely stay at Newberry Beach Lodge. The property itself is lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast! The location and surrounding area are also wonderful and my walking boots got a good outing. I fully intend to come back for a longer stay!”
