Quality accommodation. The room was quiet, spacious & a close walk to the hotel for dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the outlook over the river was beautiful. Easy, ample parking. I would Highly recommend staying here.

This was an excellent place to stay. Our room had a private garden area with great views. The room was spacious and they had thought of everything. There was a golf course behind us which we played on and there was a tavern about 150 metres away. Perfect stay. Definitely coming back. Couldn’t rate the staff as it was self check in and check out so we didn’t see anyone but we didn’t need to.

Its third visit in 13 years. We were lucky our room was available a little early. Thank you Julie. The rooms are large, comfortable with a great bathroom and spa bath. View out to the river, dividers between rooms for outside privacy. Next door to the tavern, enjoyed happy hour and went back for dinner. Food was great. Next time wanting a nice peaceful stop over will definitely book there again.

The rooms were really nice, the bathroom was nice and big. We were there on King’s Birthday, there were no staff for check in, but it was pretty straightforward to check in without them. We requested a late check out as we have a very young baby, and they accommodated us very well and also provided a cot for us for our stay. The only thing was our keys stoped working at normal checkout time, so it was lucky I was still in the room at this time. The tavern across from the lodge was very close and the area is beautiful. Would like to stay again!

Lovely location and walk along the river. However, the accomodation was poorly maintained. The first room had a sewage smell possibly due to a burst pipe. There were large holes in the ceiling outside room and we had to request a room change which was kindly accommodated. The food at the tavern was not good - overcooked and soggy parmi.
