Functional clean facility with free parking at quayside 50m from the property. Room has lovely view of Loch Fyne. We stayed in Tarbert for 1 night due to the location to catch the ferry to Islay from Kennacraig which is 15 minutes away. Really spacious room and breakfast is delivered in the morning at your specified time you just complete your menu requests the night before. Would certainly stay again if across in this part of idyllic Scotland.

An excellent B&B in Tarbert. Everything about the room was excellent. Loved the wine and cheese left for us on arrival. Having a fridge is a rare bonus in B&Bs. Breakfast was provided at the time requested and we ate it at the table and chairs provided in our room. Parking is not on site but there is plenty of free parking nearby. I would say this was the best nights stay we had in our 2 week holiday in Scotland

Smooth check in, very clear instructions. Easy, free parking just a few steps away. Lovely room, with beautiful furniture and decorative items. The room was large with comfy seating, as well as table and chairs for eating, plus a wonderful view of the harbour. Very comfy bed. Thoughtful touches in the room including chilled water, wine, cheese and oatcakes. Being opposite Co-op was very handy for food, though there were several options in the town too. Breakfast options were good, and delivered exactly when we asked. Would definitely recommend.

This facility was a very pleasant surprise. Big beautiful room, nice harbor room, clean and comfortable. Too bad we only stayed one night. First time guests might be surprised to find no staff on site when checking in. We passed by the entrance at first look because of its innocuous door and recessed signage. Once inside, the lobby and hall decor reflect a range of motifs. Very eclectic but well presented. Cannot address the breakfast quality and values because we had to leave early to catch a ferry to Islay. Parking is limited to public lots or side streets. Easy access to dining, with bars and restaurants within a five-minute walk. Recommend Knap House if you are in Tarbert.
