I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the team. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Our stay was good but just know it’s very self service. We stayed for over 2 weeks so we got the bigger room that had washing machine which was helpful. Breakfast is good and there are dogs in the backyard! Go pet them if you like dogs. Decor is strange and eclectic but we’d stay there again for the right room rate.

Very interesting building and decor, there were resident animals and plenty of amusement amenities. Was given a free upgrade upon arrival. Only stayed a night before my flight but it was pleasant, clean, staff professional.

If you need an overnight stay near the airport, this is a great hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the property has nice amenities and the staff are friendly & efficient. They made me breakfast to go because I had an early flight. I’m returning to this hotel in February!

My wife and I stayed here for an overnight connection to the US. The hotel is near the Taoyuan International Airport by taxi. The lobby is large and open with a coffee bar, restaurant, and sitting areas. Our room is contemporary, clean, and in good working condition,. Every floor has as laundry room and hot/cold water dispenser. The breakfast buffet is spacious, bright, and clean with great selections including bacon, eggs, ham, various bread, oatmeal and cereals, sautéed vegetables, fried rice and noodles, congee bar, yogurt bar, fruit and salad bar, and a wide range of hot and cold drinks. It is about 15 minutes from the airport. However, it may take longer during rush hours. The taxi fare is reasonable. 10 minutes walk from the hotel is the Tai Mall with many high end cosmetic and US branded stores. It has many dining options.

Very clean and quiet room but the bed was very firm. If you want water, you must go down the hall to the water dispenser. The bathroom was also very clean but did not have conditioner. The breakfast was ok. I would not consider this a 5-star hotel as it was rated but the hotel was adequate since we wanted to stay fairly close to the airport.
