Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The most pathetic hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is in the middle of no where. Limited access to Uber, Zomato. No Blinkit. Rooms are dirty, service is pathetic, Refrigerator in the room does not cool, No Extra Towels given, No Box of Tissues in the room. One toilet paper in bathroom, room with balcony the balcony door does not close. Highly unsafe at night. Since the hotel is in a dodgy place anyone can come through the balcony. The staff working in the hotel even the front office staff wear dirty clothes and barely speak English. Restaurant food in the hotel has 5 star prices but the quality is pathetic. Don't know how this hotel has 5 star rating on Expedia & Google. Anyone reading this please avoid this hotel at all costs.
