I loved the room that I was in, I am disabled and the staff addressed all of my needs,the AC was a blessing. I booked a room because I was going on a cruise,however the staff was so helpful and kind I'm thinking about booking for a weekend just to get away.

Our room was clean. The A/C a little bit noisy because it was going on and off (as happens with those old A/C consoles) interrupting our sleeping. The parking lot is really good and close to the building and the gym is well equipped. The staff is really friendly, helpful and customer oriented.

I stayed overnight prior to cruising out of Tampa. Hotel extremely clean and friendly staff. They do offer shuttle service to the port for $25 up to four guest, I caught an uber XL for $12 since the port literally around the corner from the hotel.

The front staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had to wait 5 minutes to check-in because a couple with some friends had reserved 3 rooms. For our patience, they offered us a free cold drink of our choosing. This wonderful accommodation was offered once more the next day as we waited for their shuttle to take us to the port. The port shuttle was excellent too. Loaded our suitcases into the van and drove us straight to the port and back. Amazing service!!! This will now become my hotel of choice in Tampa.

The hotel is in very good condition, well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast which is definitely a plus! There is a big problem just on the outside of the fence to the hotel. It is surrounded by people who sadly appear to have substance abuse problems which makes it feel somewhat unsafe though the hotel does have security 24/7 to offset the situation.
