Our nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. There were hairs on the sheets, the shower leaked, the door had a huge gap in the seal, there was staining on the bedding, and we had a huge dark fresh stain on the floor that hadn’t been cleaned. You get what you pay for.

The experience was terrible, starting with the unpleasant smell in the lobby. The sheets and towels looked used and were gray, as if they hadn't used Clorox to disinfect them. The breakfast was poorly prepared, and the dining room was equally dirty. It's a shame because I've used this hotel chain on other trips, and everything was different.

I read the reviews on line and I was surprised how clean it was. It’s old they are updating. The guy that checked us in was so pleasant. The young lady that checked us out was so nice. I would stay there again. If you want the Ritz this isn’t your hotel. We slept very well. The ac was great. No complaints from me. Quiet close to the stadium.
