The room was clean and plenty of towels were provided. The staff were helpful and polite . Breakfast is missing more fresh fruits and breakfast items like real granola , seeds, nuts , etc. Parking is included so that s great.

Breakfast Buffet was a typical buffet. But it was taken care of very well and kept full. The hotel was very busy that morning and no one had to wait for food. Hotel was over all great, great location right down the street from top golf and Dave and Busters. Hotel was clean and staff was so friendly.

Rooms were musty smelling. We had to change rooms, but this did not help. The room felt moist and the carpet definitely needed replacement. The staff was extremely nice and apologetic. I know I will never stay there again. It could be a nice hotel if properly maintained.

Well, the positive was they were allowed us to check in a little early without the $40 fee. The bad news was at breakfast. The girl arrived an hour late so trying to get a hot meal that was promised took an additional 45 minutes of waiting. The pool was not allowed or not open due to maintenance issues. Get the pump I watch was still running but the H front desk especially helpful but overall we’re done Radisson, comfort, Inn, and suites

The entire staff was great from the front desk to house keeping my kids loved how the house keepers set up their stuffed animals on the bed and their breakfast was awesome i give this place 2 thumbs up and a A+ next visit im booking country inn and suites again

when i was checking in, the staff did not mention any price or fees. just mentioned that there was a 100-dollar hold, which was fine but i didn't know there was a fee for checking in early otherwise i wouldn't have. so when i got the notification that $522 was pulled out of my bank account and not $465, i was super confused and asked for a receipt or explanation on why so much was pulled and no one told me till i kept asking over the course of 3 days. other than that, the room was nice and the property was nice, just wished the staff was more transparent and clearer.
