“This is not the place to bring children if they want to enjoy a pool or use resort facilities - the mixed use residential purpose of this complex whose older gentlemen owner residents- took it upon themselves each day of our four day stay - to go out of their way to attempt to make our stay miserable complaining about children being children playing in a pool in operational use hours, at no point where any of our children disruptive- but had security called multiple times during pool opening...

“Front desk reception was very nice; parking was included and readily available, although a little tight for our SUV; our front screen door was stuck in the locked position, so we were unable to close it; the screen to our balcony was stuck in the locked position, so we couldn’t open it to access the balcony; beds very hard; pillows flat; while we understood that the location would have traffic noise, we didn’t realize this included very obnoxious hooners, constantly through the night. “DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Room infested of cockroaches. I entered to my room and went to the bathroom to wash my hands, at least 5 cockroaches in the vanitory. I looked into de wall, more cockroaches. I went to the kitchen to take a glass of water, MORE COCKROACHES, in the floor, cupboard, allowance, table. Ok, I sprayed Raid, then 30 or 40 MORE COCKROACHES appeared everywhere. Finally I went to the bedroom and it was the perfect end to this nightmare. MORE COCKROACHES in the pillow of the bed....

“Excellent location and very neat and clean. Great views minimalistic decor but well presented. Short walk to Caville Ave and Tran stop. Pool was great indoor and outdoor although in separate building was easy to get to. Highly recommend for singles or families with lots of room options. Supermarkets just outside entrance. Check in a little clunky, so you need to read and understand instuctions. Otherwise 10 out of 10.”
