Helpful staff and very clean property, located next to shopping and local attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable even with 4 adults and a toddler. We’ll definitely stay here when we’re back in the area.

From the moment we arrived every single staff member was super nice and accommodating. The room was nice, big, and clean. The only downside was the hot tub was out of order for upgrading (which will be nice when it’s done), and the pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, painful actually. But the breakfast was nice with lots of options, and the pool hours were awesome for the kids.

Puyallup Holiday Inn Express is very clean and the staff are all friendly and acknowledge you. The included breakfast is simple but the quality is great. I always feel safe when I stay there(once or twice a year). Location is also close to many businesses we frequent ie- Costco, Target, Home Depot.
