“The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was heavy with local cuisine but enough "American" items that we didn't go hungry. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again.”

“The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. ”

“We had too many issues. The toilet sink was clogged. The boat tour we had was different from the description and they still wanted to charge the full amount. The area doesnt have much activities. Everything you bring inside is subject to corkage. You have yo pay extra 17%. The only positive point are the staffs who are nice”

“Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. “Aclaro era fin de semana largo. Pasaba la tormenta Nalgae. El servicio en el restaurante en la noche fue pésimo. Estando vacío el tiempo de espera fye de 45 minutos. Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. Buen aire acondicionado. ”
