The staff were wonderful and the hotel was very clean and really good value for money. Really close to the harbour just a 4 min walk. Witnessed the Good Friday parade which was lovely and nice to see. Weather not so good for the jacuzzi but the roof top terrace is quiet and lovely to sit and read.

Second time staying here. It’s so clean with high end shower products, comfortable rooms, the rooftop is perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Not even 5 minutes from the harbour.

The room was lovely comfy bed good air conditioning the location is perfect very close to the shops and restaurants The rooftop terrace was so nice too with comfy seats and hot tub which took a while to warm up but was very enjoyable The check in process was not so good, you need to go to a little office called Symi Holidays, this information is contained in an attachment you need to open as part of a message from the property The listing states 1200 check out but at 1030am the house keeper told us we needed to leave at 11am as someone was waiting to check in! Not very helpful

clean, friendly hotel near town. Nice roof terrace, I was allowed to store my luggage prior to check in which was helpful. The rooms are quite small and cramped and the noises in the next rooms can be heard..

Functional room for the night

We needed a room for one night due to ferry timetable changes and it did the job. Clean and functional. Not very big with a small window with no view and no outdoor space so wouldn’t want to stay for a run of days.

The room was nice and the bathroom, in particular, felt modern. Great roof terrace with lovely views and felt very relaxing up there. Great location in Symi Town - only a minute or so walk and you’re at the harbour - wonderful. Staff nice and good communication. Would try to get a room with a balcony though next time. Would certainly consider returning if back in Symi.

Nice accommodations.

I thought the hotel was centrally located near main area. Not many stairs. Only difficulty was letting them know you are there sob that they can open for you because staff is not always there which was a bit confusing. Very clean.

We stayed for 3 nights recently. We collected the key from Symi Holidays and the self catering apartment was just a couple of minutes walk away. The location is perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Our apartment No 2 was clean and spacious and had everything you would need for a short trip. The roof terrace had plenty of chairs, tables and a couple of hot tubs. We chilled out with some snacks and a bottle of wine one evening, perfect. 10/10 we'd recommend a stay here.

Good stay in Symi at Maravelias Rooms, the accommodation is in a great place, so close to the port but on a side street so nice and quiet! The rooms are spotless and the whole building is looked after by a housekeeper who is worth her weight in gold, super friendly and extremely conscientious. Very easy to pick up keys from the office and the team there were very friendly. Although we didn't use it, there is a very nice roof terrace for guests to use. I do have a couple of criticisms though mostly small but a little annoying as it wasn't the cheapest place to stay - for example, there was only one towel hook in the bathroom, but when there's 2 of you it's annoying .... Only one bedside table, with a lamp - but no electricity socket to plug the lamp in (this was pointed out in a review in 2025 but still not addressed), it's great having a few pieces of crockery (plates / bowls / coffee maker / even a sandwich toaster) but nowhere to prepare stuff, no tea towel, you have to use the bathroom sink .... Limited storage for clothes - a set of drawers would have made a difference (and you could have used top for crockery). Biggest problem, we couldn't shower when the room next door was using theirs, no hot water and low water pressure. It just meant waiting a bit ... but .... it was quite exasperating, and not their fault I'm sure they had no idea! Maybe we were unlucky and it was just our room.

Central location in Symi town however it is a long walk from the port with luggage. No transport or assistance provided. Room small and compact with limited storage. Bed very hard !
