Very well located, opposite QVB and near Town Hall. I did struggle to find the entrance because external signage does not match hotel booking (YEHS). Really well sized apartment and updated bathroom. Good price. When I got into the bed to sleep I found the sheets oddly caught up. Towels wonderfully soft. It is an older hotel but investment has been made where you want it for guest comfort.

Perfect little hotel across the road from the Queen Victoria Building and Town Hall station. Shops and cafes in QVB and nearby as is the light rail, but we enjoyed walking around. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a balcony room and enjoyed our morning coffee outside.
