Everything was very clean and the towels and linen were excellent. Bull the wall heating unit didn’t work, and I could see others have tried to switch it on manually using a coat hanger or umbrella, as there are black marks on the power button. Some of the blinds appear to have mould on them. I didn’t get a reply when I asked online if I could leave my luggage before check-in.
