The staff is extremely helpful and gave us information on places to go. The room was very nice and clean. My wife left her AirPods when we checked out and before our ride arrived, the front desk attendant found us outside and handed them to my wife. The cleaning staff was honest and quick to return them to us. I would recommend this hotel which is walking distance from the Sydney Opera House

Centrally located in a quiet spot, 311 bus stop at the door, which will take you all the way to central Sydney & finishes at the Rocks (so handy!). Woolworths Metro directly across the street, warm welcoming staff, super comfy bed, great amenties, fantastic harbour views! Thanks for an extremely comfortable & memorable stay - I'll be back!
