I enjoyed my stay, the only issue was the microwave was left dirty by the previous guest and it was an easy miss by the housekeepers. Otherwise it was a really pleasant stay. I did have issues trying to reach out the hotel to extend my stay but I was able to do that once I arrived and checked in. Really great location, the hotel grounds were really nice, clean and modern. Restaurant/Cafe was lovely, great coffee, cant complain.

The room was dusty, strands of someone else’s hair still present and blood like stain on the curtain - that I alerted the staff too only hours after arriving. They took a picture of my picture. But nothing was ever done about it. There was no follow up. I put the door sign to have the room serviced and clicked the button to “make up room” but that too did nothing. The room was serviced once in a seven night stay and even then the blood stain on the curtain was not attended to. The gym is good with fresh towels. The laundry is convenient but costs $10 per wash and per dry.

Check-in process no issues. Went smoothly. Room was ready on time. I really enjoy the room. Clean, and good layout. Happy they I found this hotel. Great location, pretty close to the beach, shopping centre, grocery stores and coffee shops. Breaks fast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon, veggies, potatoes, fruits, yogurt, cereal, apple and orange juice, coffee. Laundry facilities very easy to use. I also liked the shared kitchen. Very convenient. Gym room enough equipment for basic workouts. Only one thing that I noticed was that breakfast buffet never started on time. I feel like they were short staffed in the kitchen. Would I be back to this hotel? Definitely
