The hotel has a great location next to Circular Quay, convenient for trains, trams and ferries. The bus to Bondi (333) is virtually outside the hotel! All The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real feature with lots of options, and the fruit and omelettes were fabulous! The bar on floor 31 offers spectacular views over the harbour, very Instagramable! I will definitely stay here on my next visit next year!

We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great.
