“We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

“Great location ,good amenities (co op ,pub etc ) parking close by . I was in room 12 It is as described v small but adequate for what you pay .It Could do with a new mattress and some better towels though ..communal kitchen area useful and the set up I liked ..a bit quirky …I wouldn’t want a week there but for a night or two it’s good to know ..”

“Stayed in family room which was very spacious and had a large en suite. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet despite being a pub. Good choice for breakfast which was delicious. Having real milk and bottled water in the rooms was a nice touch. In a village with nice walks and lovely seating area outside.”

“Pleasant host, parking away from the road, nice food. We had a room at the front in very hot weather, so had the window open and there was no noise from outside a very peaceful night. Ideal for our 1 night stay with friends.”
