Staff working when we arrived later in the evening was so welcoming and great…. She was courteous and made u feel very at ease…. When we got to our room the smell was musty and sour with many of the towels and facecloths were stained There were also some gnats in the bed and it was not clean the sheets If it wasn’t for the amazing lady on duty when we came in I would have given this a poor all around…

Staff were friendly, check in/out process was easy and the continental breakfast was good. Our actual room was not what we expected. It was an adjoining room but our door was missing. Didn't love that. Hotel latch door was also broken off to lock the room. Door did still deadbolt lock. Room was pretty clean but the bathroom had a strange smell to it. Stayed one night and then back on the road!

Overall, our stay was good and the hotel was comfortable. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. There is no elevator, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up to the second floor. Also, the hotel mentions that baby cribs are available, but when we requested one, it was not available. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay

The hotel is convenient to access right off highway 1; however, it is an older property and feels dated. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is very small without much seating. The food was not very good.
