Our stay was comfortable and our room was big! We noticed that the lamps in our room could use some updating and the A/C system was a bit loud. The free breakfast offered variety of bread or muffins, scrambled eggs, mini sausages, cereals, yogurt and fruits.

Classic older California hotel with seating area and kitchenette, clean well maintained and comfortable. Only downside is my (adult) daughter was coping with a knee injury and we didn’t realize our room was a walk up (no elevator). There were no alternatives as the hotel was fully booked (we were there for BTS concert at Stanford) . We managed but it would have been good to have that information more prominent during booking.

Elevator and hallway smelled a little bit like weed, main room light did not turn on, lampshade was torn, smoke detector, battery popping out. Jim and exercise room was in the neighboring hotel basement, which isn’t it because you’re having a hotel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was as expected for a franchise hotel.

Our experience in the Annex part of the hotel was fantastic. Spacious, modern, clean, functional, great bathroom. Exactly what we needed to relax at the end of our trip. Staff were friendly, dealing with our two cars was easy, and for the very discounted rate we got I don't mind that the room did not have a microwave (required extra charge?). The one thing which bothered me, and dropped rating to 4 stars, was that the breakfast area was chaos. I think they were seriously understaffed, because half the tables had no people but were still stacked with dirty dishes, the hot food wasn't getting refilled, and every supposedly clean dish was dirty, including the ones that the staff got for us from the kitchen. But we would happily stay at the hotel again, if we could get the Annex.

When we arrived the front desk staff was helpful, it was unfortunate that the hot tub was down but our room had a wonderful soaking tub so it all worked out, we were amazed at how large and spacious the room was, very comfortable. Big downside was the refrigerator was barely working, like the things we put in came out warmer then when they went in overnight, the beds did make a noise every time you moved too. The breakfast was nice, it was a wonderful surprise to have hot options as well as the normal continental breakfast items, I would only recommend maybe some waffles or pancakes for littles, a couple of familys came with littles and didn't really have options for them and maybe a kids cereal too, but overall a wonderful stay we will definitely be coming back!

Thé rooms are spacious, but the hotel has air conditioning problems ( second to third week of Aug, 2026 which it appears they may have been trying to fix. Workmen were seen working on the hallway vents as we walked by on our first two days of a 10 day stay approx. They were not seen after that! The problem caused a loud continuous hum all day and night long. We were moved to another wing of the hotel outside the main building. The rooms were spacious and had a modern wooden floor which was nice but not sure they were as clean as they could have been. The bathrooms in the two Queen beds were very nice. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the second room did not work at all despite our complaints. The temperature was not unbearable, but it would have been nice to have had some fresh air. On our final day, it was working. Breakfast is decent. Gym is decent. In summary the hotel is nice, in a good location for surrounding areas and ample parking, but they need to solve their air conditioning problems. The staff knew about the a/c issues, and did their best to accommodate but ultimately management should get the problem sorted pronto!

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Property not so great. We couldn't have breakfast due to there just simply not being enough provided. We had to go into 1 type of room due to over booking which was a downgraded from the room we originally booked and the jets in the tub didn't work. The villas were really nice.
