Good room for a pleasant stay (in normal days)

Room was good but it was very hot with direct sun on the windows. There was a small table fan available but it was noisy and very small. So we couldn’t sleep even with windows open. Breakfast was very good and overall facilities excellent.

I booked based on previous reviews, so I will take this opportunity to balance them a bit. Our stay was perfectly fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely not recommend against staying here. However, while the room was clean and functional, the bathroom/shower felt more like it belonged in a care facility rather than at a hotel, and the TV was due for an update. The breakfast provided decent variety, but some of it had probably been reused several times and was a little stale, and some of it felt like it wasn't prepared with the freshest or most high-quality ingredients. I would definitely not mind staying here again, but if I do go back to Sundsvall I would try one of the other similarly-priced options.
