Vi bodde 3 nätter i juni. Saknade frukost på plats. Vi glömde lägga till frukost som tillval. På fråga via telefon om vi kunde lägga till det i efterhand svarade personalen (ägaren?) att vi kunde lika bra köpa frukost på egen hand. Han sa även att det blir för dyrt att hålla med frukost personal. Då jag nämnde att jag inte tyckte det var så servicemainded fick jag veta att jag var otrevlig. Tillgång till kaffe/te saknades på rummet. Bra även att veta är att hotellet saknar hiss. Hur som helst: gästen har inte alltid rätt men det har inte heller hotellägaren.

Vi kom sent på natten och vi hade bra kommunikation med anställd hur vi skulle checka in. Rummet var väldigt bra med hygienprodukter och läget var mitt i stan med frukost på ett bageri. Gatu parkering utanför men förbud för att köra in till hotellet efter 22 och parkeringsförbud under natten på onsdagar.

Vi möttes av en man som efter bästa förmåga försökte hjälpa hotellets gäster att installera sig då hotellet gått i konkurs. Han var trevlig men som ni förstår så var förutsättningarna inte de bästa. Vi fick vårt rum som var helt okej och eftersom vi bara skulle sova en natt så funkade det. Frukost fick vi på ett närliggande bageri, fralla med ost och skinka och kaffe.
