Booked two rooms and was happy with the stay. I was told there was no parking when checking in. Luckily I found parking spots no too far way from the hotell

Good budget alternative in Sundsvall. Knaust and the Clarion hotels are better but also more expensive. Very friendly staff and many alternatives in the breakfast. Calm street.

Mycket missnöjd med bokningen. Har gjort en skrivelse till er kundtjÀnst som jag inte fÄtt svar pÄ.. Bokade först ett rum och betalade med Swish direkt, rummet bokades och pengarna drogs frÄn mitt konto. Sedan gjordes Äterbetalning frÄn Swish och rummet var inte lÀnge bokat. Det kom ingen kommentar om detta eller varför.. Sedan upptÀckte jag att jag inte lÀngre var bokat, dÄ var rummet betydligt dyrare att boka..

UtmÀrkt service

VĂ€ldigt trevligt bemötande. Receptionen var vĂ€ldigt uppmĂ€rksamma och bra, men det har mĂ„nga hotell. Det som stack ut var frukostpersonalen. Alla man mötte hĂ€lsade med ett glatt godmorgon. De kom och fyllde pĂ„ med fika. Vi var 7 st + barnvagn och det var vĂ€ldigt fullt vid frukosten men de hjĂ€lpte till sĂ„ att vi fick sitta ihop vid ett stort bord. Service utöver det vanliga😀

PrisvÀrd hotell men ett stort minus för parkeringen i hotellets garage. TrÄngt och dyrt 225kr bÀttre att parkera i ett parkeringshus i nÀrheten jag parkerade i parkeringshuset stuvaren betalade 60kr för ett dygn.
