Our stay at Sugarloaf Hotel was amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time there. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay here with a lovely pool area with bar and small private beach area. Also the hot tub is wonderful. Rooms are really nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom door was broken and the maintenance team fixed it efficiently. The mattress in the bedroom and the sofa bed wasn’t great but everything else was very good!

This KOA was an amazing place to stay with plenty to do and close to great things to do in the Keys. Close to Key West, Big Pine Key and Marathon! Beautiful facilities and kids loved the play/swim area.

Overall it was a great experience. All staff is really kind. Our room had dogs hair on the floor when I first swept and bed isn’t too comfortable but room overall looks beautiful and is well maintained. Bar and pool close a bit early but like everything else in the keys. Only annoying thing is marina rental closes super early and last call for rental is too early as well but the place is nice especially if you have children. It’s clean, easy to move around, close to Key West. Bartenders are all super nice and there are different activities like smores or live singers. It was a great experience. We will be back.
