Good things at Kasumai are: pool area next to nice beach and palm trees, relaxed vibe, touristic but no overload compared to some resorts. Its not fancy but its defenetly good. The area is nice and relaxing and everything works well even though sometimes slow. Bad things might be no elevator, no fancy entrance, but its worth mentioning that it always felt safe and secure. The location is a small stretch away for the tourist center...

“This was a quick booking due to the electric instability problem in the Gambia...I booked after 12am . The front desk girl Lisa was very cheerful, responsive , and has great customer service. The room I booked the door appeared as it has been kicked in it wouldn't close properly, the room smelled of extreme mold, the ceiling fan didn't work, which is something I have to have to sleep, the room felt as though it had been slept in, it was NOTHING like I'm use to the cocoa properties.
