We arrived late in the early morning hours and were met with kindness and understanding by the clerk. Our room was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable, plenty of clean towels. We only stayed the one night and slept through the breakfast hours of 7 to 10. Check out was easy, clerk was super friendly! Would definitely book here again.

Good clean rooms, nice lobby with an elevator that really requires both deep cleaning and repairs. The location of this hotel, which didn't seem to have any signage, is somewhat dismal with people living rough hostal close by. Difficult to find even with GPS. Nevertheless, we had no problem and the staff were keen to assist.

Room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating🙂 A couple things could use some improvement. The shower is the room did not have very much water pressure. Also the parking lot is in bad shape. It could really use some work. Overall a good experience.

The front staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was decent. However, pulling up we were hesitant to enter. It is in a sketchy area with signs in the parking lot saying they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. The room smelled very musty, to realize the next morning that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed linens were old (tatered) but looked clean. The hotel is right across from a major train depot so you could hear trains all night. Overall, not the best experience and we will not be going back.

Due to construction in the area of the hotel it was difficult getting around barriers. Having a walking difficulty the parking area was extremely hard to traverse. Our room was clean. The bed underskirt was ripped and the dust cover was dragging on the floor. Trim by the A/C was missing as well as a piece in the entrance to the closet. The entry door was warped so we had to tug to open and close it.
