“Everything about this hotel was excellent! We stayed here after our mt Fuji climb and it was exactly what we needed to get a good nights rest, onsen, and a filling breakfast. Most definitely recommend!”

“El hotel huele a cenicero. Si no eres fumador no lo reserves. Tuvimos que dormir con la cabeza bajo la sabana y un almohadón en la puerta ya que el olor a tabaco se filtraba por todos los huecos. La ventana no se podía habrir con lo que no se podía ventilar la habitación.”

“El hotel ofrece todo lo que le podrías pedir a un hotel de días de tránsito. Comodidad, buenos servicios, recepcionistas que hablan inglés, y un maravilloso servicio gratuito de baños públicos (que no usamos al final), y cena, que te preparan en el restaurante si llegas antes de las 20:15 (un sabroso udon frío). Repetiríamos 100%”

“部屋は清潔で、ベッドは広くてゆっくり休めました。 駐車場は1区画が少し狭めで、前と横にアルファードサイズの車があると、出し入れに気を使いますが、徒歩1分の場所に第2駐車場もあるので、そちらを利用するのもありかなとおもいました。”

“First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again.”
