Do not sign up for the app. The front desk will tell you to download the app and get 20% off of your next booking with them. DO NOT DO IT! Its a big bait a switch just so they can email a bunch of crap to you and never give you a discount. If you go ask front desk for help they will tell you to come back at different times throughout the day (making your vacation terrible for having to come back numerous times being told the next person can help you) then when you finally get to management they will shrug their shoulders and tell you to kick rocks no apology no nothing. Terrible customer service and awful management. Stains all over the carpet and elevator broke. I do not recommend booking with premier inn in Stuttgart. We will not be staying at any premier inns anywhere because of the terrible customer service we received.

Perfekt mit den Öffentlichen erreichbar (Bus hält vor der Tür). Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite vorhanden. Für uns war alles in allem perfekt um die Weiterreise, vom Flughafen, so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten.

Het ontbijt was wel oké, Personeel vriendelijk en slim . Avond eten soep of pizza kost een vermogen abnormale prijzen . Parkeren kosten ook zo €15 en je wordt bijna gedwongen hier te parkeren. De kamer klein maar netjes ,,, de rust is ver te zoeken. Hard dicht slaande deuren houden ons wakker . 1x dus , wederom kan je beter wat meer betalen dan te overbruggen in dit soort hotels . Verder zoeken of rijden!!

Das Hotel war perfekt und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Gute Lage, Parkhaus war dabei und gute Anbindung an andere Verkehrsmittel. Würde ich immer wieder dort zum übernachten einquartieren.
