I am an American visiting Germany. I do not know my way around this area or speak German. All of the staff at Meridien were especially friendly and helpful. They were so kind and friendly, too. The food and bar drinks were amazing. The hotel was always clean and so beautiful. It was a pleasure for us to visit and stay at your hotel.

This was a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I picked the room option specifically because it came with a tub/shower combo and the room only had a shower.

The hotels location is great for exploring the city on foot. Our room was spacious and very quiet ( we had one room overlooking the courtyard). We only used the bar which was great for coffees, quick lunch or cocktails in the evening. We also used the spa, pool and saunas and the therapists were amazing, there are 3 different saunas and quiet zone. Would definitely recommend the hotel
