Liked the large rooms, furniture very comfortable, rooms very clean. room darkening shades. Did not care to buy breakfast buffet. Prefer lighter breakfast. Price was excellent for the value of the Hotel. Love the history of the building. The building itself is very striking to see. Would return.

The hotel was beautiful. I didn't know the history of the property. I found it to be very interesting. I also like the mini museum at the bottom of the marble staircase with the history and timeline of the property. It was very cute that the do no disturb door knob sash is optical themed as per the history of the property. Unique and creative.

We were just in town for the night, so needed somewhere close to where we were going. We didn’t really need amenities, but the bed was fairly comfortable and the room clean. One elevator made for walking through a maze of hallways, we did not realize when booking how big the place is. I imagine it would be nice for conventions, wedding parties and family reunions. A bit pricey for just a place to sleep.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. It’s a beautiful building, but the rooms could use a little updating. The staff are nice and Bobby the Bartender was great. It’s close to Brimfield Antique Market which is the reason for my stay. There is plenty of parking onsite at the hotel and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The bartender was great! He was welcoming. He had a sense of humor that added to our enjoyment and made a great drink. The food service could be better. The kitchen is on the other side of the large building so by the time it is delivered it is cool and overdone. The bartender some how made sure our soup was hot the second time around. Once delivered hot, the food was good.
