Posadas en Strathdownie

“Clean comfortable room surrounded by amazing gardens with flowers in full bloom. The steakhouse was another highlight, great steak with a fully stocked cellar. The TV didn't work so well but wasn't needed.”

“needs more amenities such tooth bush”

“Rooms were huge, lovely bath in bathroom as well. But the man at the reception was amazing. Had alot of information about places to see and recomendations and even went out of his way to get more for us. Would def recommend this place”

“Good stay”

“no one at the office during office hours”

“This place is perfect for the business traveller. Although parking is a bit of a squeeze, the rooms are spacious, comfy bed, have a great desk to work at, (no freezer in the fridge, though...) and walking distance to everything useful - supermarkets, food, pubs, banks and so on. This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future when in Mount Gambier.”

“Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value .”

“Muy bien”

“Hotel agradable y tranquilo y el personal muy eficaz. Nos recomendó cosas para hacer en el pueblo mejor que en una oficina de turismo ”

“This was a great experience, a must do”

“Good”

“Lo definiría como correcto y funcional. Nosotros estuvimos una noche de paso con lo cual está bien. Los baños son compartidos, es la única pega, pero por el precio que tiene creo que está bien. En centro está a dos calles así que bien situado. El restaurante está bien, buen trato, la comida bastante buena y a un buen precio.”

“We were blown away by our stay in this wonderful property. It is small boutique hotel which has been immaculately restored by the owners. We had a suite consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. It was well equipped, warm and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Commodore Hotel and the food was very good. This is one of the best places we have stayed in on our Australia trip.”

“This place has character, lovely big old home. Our room was huge. Easy walk into town”

“Fantastic accommodation! Easy check-in and excellent parking just metres from the front door. The location was very convenient, with a great selection of cafés and restaurants within a short stroll. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bed was fantastic! Highly recommend.”

“Nice old hotel, unfortunately the beautiful balconies are not safe for guests. The first room we were offered had a strong smell of cleaning products and the windows didn’t open. However the helpful staff provided a different room which was very comfortable.”

“A great surprise! At first, it's a bit surprising the arrival at the hotel: you find a pub and a gambling room, and you must check in at the gambling room. But when you enter the rooms zone, wow! What a big room, with a comfortable king bed and plenty of space! You have a common kitchen with bacon, eggs, milk, cereals and so where you have to cook your own breakfast, but if you don't mind that (and I didn't), it's a very good option.”

“Amazing place to stay”
