There were insects (centipede) in the bathroom/WC and the bathtub faucet was loose. The bath towels were small and thin. The ventilation in the room was very poor so it was very hot and stuffy at night.

À notre arrivée le 8 mai à Strasbourg le jeune homme qui était présent l'après midi était très sympathique. Il nous a aider pour notre séjour et donné de bonnes adresses. En revanche la dame du matin pas gracieuse qui dit bonjour sur le bout des dents et qui préfère connaître le numéro de la chambre sur un ton qui ne donne pas envie je n'ai pas apprécié. Il faudrait aussi penser à vérifier les lavabos car l'écoulement était au minimum et vérifier les ampoules. En tout cas merci au jeune homme pour son sourire et sa gentillesse.

Le sejour a ete dans l ensemble correct, j ai apprécié l amabilité du personnel feminin mais quand a l unique personnel masculin que j ai vu , ca laisse a desirer , on dirait qu on l ennuie , froid pas volondaire limite soupire , a refuse de ma servir un cafe a mon depart , lamentable , cet homme n a rien a faire dans ce metier !
