Very nice hotel, clean with pleasant workers. It’s right near the train station which is good for arrival and departures if you’re using the train. A short walk from the main cathedral and the older parts of Strausbourg.

Fantastic hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. Bathroom was spacious and very nice. There are bathrobes and slippers and we got free champagne. Only disappointment was they did not leave instant coffee when they made up the room. Front desk staff was excellent. Helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

The room was smallish but well laid out. Very convenient location - across from the train station and walkable to resteaurants and sites you would want to see in the city. Did not use transit but it appeared to be very convenient. Felt relatively safe - close to some areas you might want to avoid at night.

We had room 509 which had blanking material on window so you could only see out from small upper window and if you open the window. It wasn't explained or noted beforehand However after i complained the offered free breakfast. Good location breakfast not good for food allergies.
