The parking at check in is awful, for it is located at busy area, and there is no dedicated parking for check in. another thing i felt is missing if the hook in the bathroom, only one. There are two of us, staying for two nights, i normally don’t request room service for two nights.

Very well located if you are coming by train. It’s fairly close to the centre. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was basic, the toilet is tinny and it’s a walking shower with curtain … for me that was dissatisfying, there was water everywhere after shower. The room has carpet which I am not a big fan of… the bed was comfortable but in the morning there was quite a lot of noise from the cleaners.

Excellent hotel across from the Strasbourg train station. Older building, but the interiors and rooms in the hotels seem to be renovated and look very modern. Room is of decent size. Hotel is an easy 15-20 stroll from the main center - streets are lined with restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking to/from the hotel late at night from the city center - just stay on the main streets with plenty of other people.

On arrival we were advised our room had been ‘upgraded’. The room was actually in the annex a few doors down from the main hotel and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was no tea / coffee or kettle in the room but you have access to the free coffee / tea in the bar area of the main hotel. Breakfast was typical continental and there was plenty of choice.

The AROK Hotel is a little gem. Great location near main train station, very clean, nice staff, quality little touches throughout. Rooms are very European city - extremely compact, but it all works with no glitches. Breakfast okay, as with the hotel, it has all the basics, very well done. I would go back! K T.
