Ideal location beside the train station. Easy to visit Rügen and Usedom on a day trip. 5 minutes walk from the start of the old town. Staff were very helpful at reception on several.occasions. I would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, with nice, clean rooms, buffet breakfast with eggs from "the box", which is not delicious. This weird kind of switch from real eggs to boxed rubbish is noticeable worldwide. The reason I have given a bad overall rating is the fact that I have booked

The hotel is fully up to international standards and that most travelers come to expect. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and professional. The hotel is literally next to the train station and very convenient, especially if guests need to catch a very early train. The hotel's architecture is modern and clashes with the historic aesthetics of the train station and the city in general.

Ganz besonders ist der Ausblick des Frühstücksraums im 3. Stock auf die Silhouette von Stralsund und zwei Seen. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Leider war die Matratze ein wenig durchgelegen und die Dusche lief leider schlecht ab, was ein klein wenig eine sehr gute Bewertung schmälert. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, da altstadtnah und zentral gelegen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, wirkt aber nicht besonders einladend. Automatencheck-in ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Das reservierte Einzelzimmer war als Vierbettzimmer vorbereitet, mit ausgezogener und als Doppelbett hergerichteter Schlafcouch. Das machte es ungemütlich, wurde aber auf Rückfrage als Upgrade bezeichnet. Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig, konnte nachts die Fenster öffnen, was bei stickiger Luft im Zimmer angenehm war. Frühstück gut, aber Frühstücksraum sehr voll, da auch Reisegruppe(n) im Haus

Ideal für Bahnreisende. Achtung: Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer, es war sauber, es gab einen Wasserkocher. Die Nacht war ruhig. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich. Sicherlich ist das Hotel nichts besonderes, aber doch ideal für einen Besuch der Stadt.
