Aside from a tiny elevator, the Hotel was lovely. Old but well maintained. The restaurant, J. Morgan's, served a delicious dinner and a equally delicious breakfast. The parking lot was confusing but we figured it out. Great location.

A great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed there during the 4th of July and the parade was in front of the hotel. The fireworks were behind the hotel. There is parking in a lot. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Only bad thing is your bill automatically adds parking charge without them asking if you are using it. Had to have it removed twice. Otherwise, nice place to stay and conviently located.

The location of this historic hotel was perfection. Situated in the heart of picturesque Montpelier we had a view of the gold domed state building and were able to walk to enticing shops, restaurants and the weekly farmers market. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very personable, helpful and welcoming. Although this is an older property with some dated features the staff, cleanliness, comfort and location makes it a property to visit again.
