“My stay was lovely and peaceful, after my working day had finished. (It was not a holiday break) unfortunately. The surroundings were fantastic, I felt really chilled after work. Would definitely stay again.”

“We didn’t get off to the best start as arrived to find a notice on the pub door to say that there was no power and pub was shut! Had to call a number to book in, young man arrived and assured us that our rooms were unaffected and that breakfast would be provided in the morning. Room clean and comfortable, major plus was good sized bath towels. Breakfast was indeed provided, full English cooked fresh to order, Kevin was lovely. “Warm welcome and great old fashioned room. Just as expected. Evening meal was first class as was breakfast A very enjoyable stay again.”

“Very noisy hotel. Surrounded by the motorway and a road and with a horrible acoustics isolation. The wifi does not work properly. On the positive side, the staff is very professional and nice and the breakfast is very complete. ”

“Large clean room with king size bed and seating area with TV, tea making facilities with fridge and large en suite. The room overlooks farmland. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked and the hosts were full of interesting information about the surrounding area.”
