We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were impressive and food was of a high quality. It is in a quieter part of town but walkable to bars and restaurants and a metro station was very close.

Every member of staff we interacted with was helpful and courteous . Big shout out to the night porter particularly who helped us when our pre booked taxi was a no show . Nice hotel well located for the metro and buses . Room was clean and quiet . Only gripe would be shower over bath which seemed designed to put water everywhere . Breakfast was good if a little chaotic due to volume of people in small space

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. It was somewhat difficult to get a table during the peak hours for breakfast but outside of the peak times it was fine. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was also delicious.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and room size was sufficient. They provided an iron , an ironing board, a hair dryer and an electric kettle. There was no coffee machine or plugs near the bed. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. There was also a bar. The location was walkable to many sites and tranportation.

The property is centrally located with restaurants, pharmacies, shops & attractions within walking distance. But the area is still quiet early mornings & at night. The room is a good size, the bed was comfy and I loved having a fridge. The meal I ordered in the restaurant was pretty good and convenient after a long & exhausting day sight seeing.

Everything was so easy at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a triple room and there was sufficient space in the room. There were toiletries in the bathroom and a water fountain in the corridor. The area was very good and central for places to eat and close to the metro. We walked and enjoyed the beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice staff and breakfast but the bath/ shower was not very good. Weird set up: hard to get in and out of bath as it was quite high and then the floor gets completely soaked when you shower as the glass door did not do much. Maybe review the bathroom situation as it really lets the room down. Also review where you put the plugs.

I was very impressed with my stay at the Hotel Birger Jarl. The actual hotel was beautiful and immaculate, the staff were so very friendly and always happy to help with anything at all. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed....oh my goodness the bed! So comfortable and the pillows and comforter were like sleeping on a cloud. The location was very convenient, walking distance to basically anything you would need - restaurants, bars, shops, public transport. The hotel itself was very quiet, you never had to worry about being kept up all night by the people in the neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing, but remember to get there early if you don't want to worry about there being a lot of people. So many great options, and as a vegetarian it is always a concern, but they absolutely cater to vegetarian and vegans so that is a definite bonus. I would never stay anywhere else if I were visiting Stockholm. Thank you for an amazing experience!
