Loved the furniture and decor! The room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in and checking out. I had an early flight out back to the States and gave me coffee and a sandwich to go. So thoughtful!

Nice, clean, efficient economy hotel. r but efficient room, very nicely maintained. Friendly front desk staff and excellent breakfast. Easy access to all metro and train lines within 20 minutes to all major attractions by tram or bus. The entrance is a little hard to see from the street on either side, so trust your google maps to get you to the front door.

We stayed for 5 nights. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and, of course, spoke fluent English. The location was perfect, right by the train and metro and a short walk from everything.

Had the most amazing stay here! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, bar has loads of options and entertainment options are aplenty. Perfect location, comfy beds, and a breakfast to die for! Rooms are slightly small but not an issue if you’re out and about constantly, plus there were suites available which were much bigger if necessary. Highly recommended!

It is unique as most of the rooms are underground and have no window. This takes a bit of get used to and we knew before we booked it was windowless. The room is small but we spent most of our time looking at the tourist attractions so the room is not the most important thing. Location is also great as it is central and next to bus and rail, easy connection to Arlanda airport. The breakfast included with the room makes up for it. One if the best breakfast offerings we have experienced. We travel a lot so this breakfast stands out. Thank you Thon Brun. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location is good, few minutes walking from the central train station. Check was smooth. Unfortunately the bedroom I chose it says queen bed, but actually it is not 160, it double with 140cm width, it is confusing and should be corrected and clearly follow the standard measurements of bed sizes; Queen is 160cm width and double is 14cm not the opposite. Room area not bad, bathroom size good, but shower area with a curtain. No tray or shelves to put the towels!! Although there plenty of locations to fix one. Breakfast is very good, but at busy times the setting area is not enough to accommodate the guests. The room without cloth closet, although there is an area for it. When you open the tap water, you could hear the water pipes making sounds in the wall. The elevator next the reception going to lower floor is not functioning, to use the other elevator, you have to walk long distance to get to your room

I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again when I return. The location is amazing. It’s right across from the bus station. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. There was such a variety of different foods to choose from. They even made me a packed breakfast to go because I had to catch a 3 AM bus to the airport on my last day. Best hotel ever with the nicest hotel staff.

This hotel is located close to central station and very convenient for transportation. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean with small refrigerator, also the hotel provides the free breakfast, if you miss it, you can get a breakfast bag. It is exceptional for this price!
