Customer service was very good especially in the dining area at night and in the morning. The elevators were out of service which could not be helped just an inconvenience. The room was good with the exception of we had a suite and only 2 towels ? Also only 1 coffee pods in the room. Hotel lobby did have plenty of hot coffee. Breakfast was outstanding along with Customer service

The only thing lacking is the free breakfast. There is an upcharge for breakfast so we opted to just go out to eat. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Absolutely love the living room area section to allow for visiting other than sitting on the bed. This was a repeat stay and we will most definately stay there again.
