I really loved my room that had a balcony overlooking the river! The staff were incredibly kind and efficient, and I love the fact that you could get discounted tickets to the old town Hot Springs, and just walk there as it was right across the street… I will be back!

Amazing ladies up front! Perfect location for one night in Steamboat. Hot springs shuttle to Strawberry Park. There is a little hot spring and stream right behind the hotel. Nothing fancy but comfy bed and great property. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Very convenient location and a nice remodeling job. Breakfast was disappointing and pretty noisy bring next to the main drag. Nice to get discounted tickets to the hot springs across the street.

We had a great time at the Rabbit Ears Motel! We loved our beautiful balcony view over the river/creek and all the flowers and greenery on the property. The property was well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly. The location was also close to downtown and other hikes/places of interest. We will definitely be back!

It was so iconically cool ! A bit of nostalgia mixed with the fresh summer mountain air ! Being right on the Yampa River was a pleasant surprise for us passing through. This hotel was fun and super close to everything in Steamboat. Will come back and stay again ! Thank you for a great experience
