This was a super last minute booking for us, we got caught in a snow storm and didn't feel like driving back home. But from the moment we walked into this quality inn, the front desk staff was so nice, and they had an amazing breakfast set up.

I booked a pet friendly room for a family of 4. On arrival, we were given a king suite with a jetted tub. It wasn’t until about 4 hrs later, after I’d spoken with the one guy at the front desk who told me they had no other rooms available, that I checked my reservation and confirmed I had actually booked a double queen. The pull out sofa bed was horrible, and the bathroom was extremely small because of the large jetted tub in the main room. Absolutely no space to place a litter box, so we had to put it in the bathtub rather than on the carpet. Skylar, desk attendant, was very nice, but he couldn’t reach any management to refund our money to move to another hotel that fit our needs.We ended up staying the 1 night & cancelling the rest. Moved to LaQuinta. Skylar was nice, the mgr was nice the next morning, and the breakfast was quite good (homemade green chile!). But, giving us the wrong room and not being able to reach a manager has really turned me off to this place for the future.

This place is clean, convenient and close to the Steamboat Ski Resort, but they don’t have elevator in the building so it is a little bit difficult for people carrying big suitcases to the second floor. The continental breakfast is included which is nice for skiers, so we can get on to the lift quicker. I would recommend this place to my friends who will go to Steamboat to ski in the future.

One of the best parts of the stay at the Quality Inn is the staff. They are very nice, attentive, and helpful. The price was decent, especially during the heart of ski season. We enjoy the breakfast. This trip they had chorizo and eggs with green chili. That was a great addition
