My daughter and I stayed here for a week and would certainly book again if we ever return to Stavanger. We updated to a lake view room which was well worth it. Having a small balcony with the doors open was great to allow fresh air into the room. We couldn’t find fault with anything during our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Upon first arrival, we were particularly pleased with the staff. We did not speak the native language and they were more than helpful to assist wherever they could. When we got to our room, we were very very impressed with the amount of toiletries in the bathroom supplied as part of our package. The room was exceptionally clean and maintained throughout our visit. We utilise the sauna facilities throughout our visit and have been thoroughly impressed with the views from the hotel. We were also impressed by the screen share feature on the television. Bed was very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The room is good; everything was clean; the gym has the needed equipments; the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the bed is too soft; pillows are not comfortable and breakfast could be better (specially compared to cheaper hotels in the area where have a much better breakfast).

Our room was comfortable. I found it hard to know how to adjust the temperature. The chain lock on the door had been damaged so it could not be used. When we went to leave I could not get the door to open and thought we were trapped. I tried several times over a minute and then with a shove with the palm of my hand it finally unlocked. The shower is wide open on one side and water goes under the swinging glass panel

Amazing staff and service, Breakfast menu could be better. Dinner was terrible with whatever I tried. Room I received was not upto standards of a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. Forget about getting a good night sleep with those pillows and bed. Also they don't care to do anything about this, just keep giving you more pillows.
