El Hotel bien ubicado, con instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones, habitaciones muy limpias y confortables, buenas amenidades y restaurante muy bueno.”

“Different room this time liked it more than the junior suite. Great rate, seems too cheap for the quality of the accommodation. Nice bathroom. It’s an old old old very old building so I understand that it’s difficult to maintain the sash windows, I hope that they can make some progress with this over the next year or so”

“Property a little dated but clean and functional. Lovely staff very happy to help. We were upgraded to an executive suite which had a 4 poster bed. Very nice and unexpected.”

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Great pub/hotel/bistro in a beautiful peaceful village. Staff were extremely helpful. We had a wedding with so needed an early check-in and late return. Both were accommodated for. Room was clean, fresh. Continental breakfast was included in price. We also paid extra for cooked b/fast. Very nice freshly cooked, hot, good quality products. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Star Inn and stay there again. Or even go for a nice meal. Give it a go ! ”

“Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up”

“Needed somewhere central to stay and this place for the bill, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, recommended”

“Very noisy from outside (noise seems to come from some engine/ heating pipe within the hotel), even with window close! In need of general refurbishment, cold swimming pool.”
